Introductory Pricing
Consult £100
Every IMAGINARIUM commission begins with a one-to-one consult. It’s my favourite part of the process… it’s where I get to meet and to understand YOU! And it’s your opportunity to show me your one-off, secret, personal or hidden space that you want me to transform, to discuss how you need that space to work for you and to share the stories, personalities, experiences, design styles, passions & interests that will form the basis of my design ideas.
Mood Board £550
Concept Boards (or Mood Boards) are used to convey a designer's ideas about the general look and feel of a space. They are not necessarily a precise depiction of the finished product although typically, elements of these initial Mood Boards combine and are modified to form the finished scheme. The Mood Board is the most time intensive aspect of the design process (reflected in the pricing). It’s where I pull together everything that you have shown and shared with me and translate it into a design concept.
3D photorealistic renders £150 (optional)
Mood Boards can be photo-realistically rendered by request. You then own this imagery to use, replicate, display, make into postcards…! Whatever you wish, at your discretion.
Sample Board and Product sourcing £350 (optional)
When a Mood Board has been refined to your specification, a physical “Sample Board is then produced. A Sample Board, as the name suggests, displays samples of selected paint, fabric, tile, wall & floor coverings alongside images of selected decor and furnishings. This is the best possible way to envisage how all these various components will look and feel in combination. Every IMAGINARIUM commission works to a different budget so my prerogative at Sample Board stage is to draw upon industry contacts and source (and negotiate) on your behalf, the elements we will be looking to combine within the budget that you feel comfortable with. All margins from trade and supplier accounts are passed to you in full.
Installation £65p/h (optional)
Clients then have the option to execute IMAGINARIUM Sample Board designs independently or to benefit from product sourcing, supplier relationships and (on-site) installation expertise. All project managed contracts will be agreed upfront so there are no ‘unexpected’ costs
